Damages and issues
Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate and make it right.

Exceptions
The following cannot be returned: items that have been installed or fitted, custom or special-order parts ordered in specifically for you (e.g. made-to-order coilovers or engine components), electrical components once wired in, and safety equipment (harnesses, seats) once used, for safety and hygiene reasons.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is shipped into the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order for any reason within 14 days of delivery, subject to the same exceptions above.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you and process any approved refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.
