BC Racing BR Series coilovers for the BMW E30 Sedan. A 53mm damper body with a 46mm piston maximises oil capacity, helping keep damping consistent as the unit heats up under use — fully adjustable ride height with 30-click damping adjustment.

Strut size: E30s use a welded strut insert in either 45mm or 51mm — not a bolt-in swap. Confirm which your car takes before ordering; contact us if you're unsure.

Recommended kit: 51mm Strut, RA – Divorced (Pillowball Front / Rubber Rear), 5.5/8kg.mm spring rate — the factory-recommended balance of comfort and control for most owners.

Choosing a mount type:

• RA – Divorced (Pillowball Front / Rubber Rear): Pillowball front top mount with the standard rubber rear setup, keeping the OEM-style divorced spring/shock arrangement at the rear. Requires minor chassis modification (cutting the front upper mounting area) — contact us before ordering if you're unsure.
• RH – Divorced (Pillowball Top Mounts F+R): Pillowball top mounts front and rear for maximum adjustability, while keeping the rear spring and shock separate (OEM-style divorced setup).
• RH – Integrated (Pillowball F+R): Converts the rear to a combined coilover-style setup (BC's "True Rear" configuration), replacing the factory divorced spring/shock arrangement. Requires shell reinforcement prior to installation.
